The wrong mindest
When I mention the word metabolism to people; the first thing they think is how their particular metabolism is why they aren’t making progress. I hear things like “I have a slow metabolism and get shed my weight” or “my family has always had slow metabolisms and this is why mine is slow and I have weight problems.”
Some people put the blame on this and accept it and I always ask them why accept it. There are specific steps that, if taken over time, will build your metabolism. I further explain to them that once their metabolism is on track; this is when they will see results and keep them.
Take the steps to change!
Feeling like you have a slow metabolism may not be the reason you having trouble losing weight. It may be the time to take a long, hard look at what you’re eating!
