I had the pleasure of working with Victoria from the United Kingdom. Victoria recently completed her first MP online coaching program with me and made some fantastic progress!
Upon our first online meeting and consultation, there were some challenges I learned of Victoria such as a past back injury (slipped disc & two torn discs), she was currently a vegetarian and too tired to exercise and was not losing any weight.
She was taking medication for schizophrenia which causes weight gain and swelling, and causes fatigue. Many people take meds that can cause weight gain, fluid retention and inflammation. Eating and exercising correctly can help prevent this.
She hasn’t done any resistance training for at least 6 years. On top of all of this; she is caring for her grandmother who has dementia, so she couldn’t leave her for long periods of time.
I told Victoria I understand her situation and I will walk her through the program step by step. I developed a 12 week program personalized to her situation that she could conduct at her home so she didn’t have to leave her grandmother.
Victoria took off running with the program and started to implement the steps each week. She learned how to workout with the right type and amount of exercise and she started to eat with metabolic precision

She made incredible progress even with a few challenges throughout the 12 weeks. She came down with the flu for about 2 weeks and had some challenges with the medication so she didn’t exercise at all for about 3-4 weeks of the program.
Below are Victoria’s responses to 3 questions I asked her upon completing her first MP program:
How did you feel?
“I felt surprised. Surprised at my inch loss, pleased with my back; I could feel my posture improving. I have scoliosis so strengthening my back muscles and walking straighter was exhilarating.”
Did you get a good result?
“Yes, I got good results. 2 inches off my chest, 3 inches off waist and 1 inch off hips.”
What did you learn?
“Learned so much about food preparation for ease and learned about weights! Love weights. Feel good and can see the results on my measuring tape.
I'm so proud of my new back and defined waist! I'm not hunched at the top anymore and my arm flab has reduced.
Really, really happy! Can't wait for round 2 and even better photos!”
Victoria also stated:
“Thanks this is the first program that has worked for me in years. I have done the minimum requirements! I even got sick for 2 weeks and the 3rd couldn’t exercise due to schizophrenia, but the inch loss has convinced me the program works! I can feel my clothes loosening. I'm going to have to try a lot harder in round 2. I was quite slack this first round because I was just getting used to the new eating and working out. I averaged about 70% compliance and still got results! I will aim for 95% compliance next time and see what happens! I will keep practicing my foundation habits. One thing which has been great is the improvement in my posture. I have scoliosis and the FIRE and ICE have helped so much. I was walking down the street the other day and I could feel myself straightening. Such a difference! Having you on call as a coach was amazing. Literally you are always there for me as a client!”
It has been such a pleasure to work with Victoria during her first round of MP online coaching! She has made impressive progress in her first program. She has learned some key habits and built her metabolism up to a healthy level where future progress will continue. I am so pleased with her results and look forward to working with her in the future.
